• No illegal substances or activity.
• Please inform your hostess prior to admitting additional guest(s) during your stay.
• Check in is 3:00 PM or later; Check out is noon.
• Self-service continental breakfast is provided at your convenience. Guests may use the kitchen to cook but must clean up after themselves. Food is provided by the host, but service is unavailable at this time.

Taxes

• 14% local lodging taxes will be added to room price at checkout.
• Totals listed here are estimated based on current taxes and exchange rates (if applicable).

Guarantee Policy

This reservation requires a credit card payment to secure the reservation, which will be charged to your card. The full amount is due at the time of booking. If you use a credit card to check in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out and such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund available ONLY if you cancel at least seven days prior to day of arrival.
• You will be charged one night if you cancel at least 72 hours prior to day of arrival.
• NO REFUNDS for cancellations within 72 hours from day of arrival.
• For long-term and corporate stays, price is subject to change for early departures.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
